Hypermol是一家德国生物科技公司，专注于肌动蛋白（actin）及肌动蛋白结合蛋白领域的技术开发与产品供应。其核心定位是成为“肌动蛋白纯化与修饰专家”，服务于全球生命科学研究、药物研发及生物技术产业。

▍Hypermol产品线

● 肌动蛋白工具箱：Actin-Toolkits利用肌动蛋白作为工具，用于分析和研究具有肌动蛋白结合位点的配体（ligands）的功能与结构。Actin-Toolkits 适用于特定用于分析和表征配体-肌动蛋白相互作用的方法。

● 肌动蛋白试用装试剂盒：Actin-Trialkits适用于：测试肌动蛋白结合配体的生物学活性；表征未知蛋白质或其结构域与G型或F型肌动蛋白的特异性相互作用；需要少量肌动蛋白的实验方案。

● 细胞骨架蛋白：Hypermol提供多种肌动蛋白标记物，涵盖骨骼肌肌动蛋白、心肌肌动蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白和非肌肉肌动蛋白。所有这些肌动蛋白均可进行荧光或其他生化修饰。

● 缓冲液：Hypermol缓冲液采用分析纯化学试剂和超纯水配制而成。

● 染色试剂盒与添加剂：即用型设计，操作迅捷，使用具有超高光稳定性的ATTO荧光标记鬼笔环肽，可快速染色单根肌动蛋白丝。该产品完美适用于免疫荧光样本的双重或多重染色；此处还提供即用型短保质期稳定组分作为添加剂。

● 分析试剂：可靠的高品质必需品。

● 抗体：Hypermol提供创新型ATTO染料的高性能二抗以及一系列经过验证的针对细胞骨架蛋白的一抗。Hypermol的ATTO染料标记二抗提供多种荧光颜色，具有卓越的光稳定性，支持长时间成像。

Immunolab GmbH主要从事开发和生产各种免疫诊断试剂，可用于过敏诊断、自身免疫血清学、传染病以及食物分析等领域。在过敏诊断领域，主要产品是一系列综合过敏原的免疫球蛋白IgE、IgG、IgG1和IgG4试剂盒。

Founded in 1992, Immunolab started its operations as routine laboratory for allergy diagnostics. The name Immunolab originates from this task, applying immunological methods. Soon we started with the development, production and distribution of our own products. Both, food safety and IVD medical devices were covered from the very beginning. Products and processes were driven by quality thinking which resulted in the accredited establishment of our quality management system in 2002, followed by the accreditation of all IVD products according to the European legislation. As a demand of constant growth we moved to our own facility in 2007, which was extended considerably in 2015 and is equipped according to all modern standards. In 2014 Immunolab joined Biovendor group. This gave us the chance to combine all our experience and flexibility as a smaller-scale company with the opportunities of a larger network of companies.

R&D Systems位于美国的明尼苏达州，一直致力于生物制品的开发与生产。公司成立之初主要生产用于医院及临床应用的血控品。1977年，公司推出第一个产品--富血小板血浆质控品；1981年，公司成为全球第二家生产含血小板全血控品的供应商。40多年的发展中，R&D Systems仍持续开发各种血控品产品。

1985年，作为公司推出的第一个科研试剂产品，也是全球第一家将该产品进行商业化生产的产品，R&D Systems成功上市了TGF-beta1蛋白。作为胞外信号分子，TGF-beta1蛋白在多种细胞中进行表达，并作为胞外信号分子参与免疫功能，细胞增殖和细胞分化等生物学过程。该产品推出后，公司陆续从生物材料中纯化了几种细胞因子产品并推向市场。天然蛋白类产品的成功推广，加速了R&D Systems在细胞因子市场的开拓。公司于1985年形成Growth Factor事业部（现Biotechnology事业部）。Biotechnology事业部的目标是生产和营销重组人细胞因子。与天然来源提取蛋白相比较，DNA重组技术生产的蛋白产品其成本更低，产量更高，完全摆脱原料的限制。1989年，Biotechnology事业部开始开发抗细胞因子的单克隆和多克隆抗体，并于1990年开发了第一个ELISA试剂盒。
