● Klentaq 产品：5-核酸外切酶缺陷型 Taq 聚合酶可提供更高的保真度和热稳定性，特别是作为 LA(长准确)酶混合物的一部分。Klentag1是 Jag DNA 聚合酶的 Klenow 片段类似物。它是已知最耐热的 Tag 形式，完全不具备核酸外切酶或内切酶活性，并且其晶体结构已被解析清楚。该酶的 LA版本是 Klentag1 和校对酶的混合物。

● OmniTag 产品：Klentaq的抗抑制DNA聚合酶经过特殊筛选，对多种常见的高效PCR抑制剂（例如：全血、血清、血浆、尿液、腐殖酸、胆盐、植物组织提取物、各类食品相关抑制剂、GITC（异硫氰酸胍）、乙醇等）具有极强的耐受性。因此，这些酶能在大多数市售Taq产品完全失效的抑制剂浓度下，依然进行有效的PCR扩增。Taq突变体的这一独特优势使得对多种临床样本、环境样本和法医样本进行免提取直接PCR成为可能，跳过了耗时的DNA提取步骤。

●  Long &Accurate 产品：使用 DNA 聚合酶和校对酶的专利组合，具有更高的保真度，是扩增长片段DNA目标序列的理想选择，此外，它们通常具备更强的稳健性，因此扩增短片段目标序列时同样适用。

①铯酶：它们是Taq或 Klentaq1 DNA聚合酶的双重冷敏感突变体，由于在低温下活性受到抑制，它们能为PCR提供自动热启动

②适配体抑制技术：适用于所有酶，在低于循环温度时，该适配体形成发夹结构并结合到聚合酶的活性位点，从而使酶失活并防止错误扩增
